1. Have relevant experience in handling customer complaints, analyze the route cause for customer complaints and follow up the corrective plans;
2. Familiar with ISO system and implementation;
3. Have relevant experience in supplier audits and customer audits.;
4. Capable to draft related quality documents such as inspection standards;;
5. Familiar with the inbound to outbound process;
Bachelor’s degree and above, more than 2 years of experience as a quality engineer, work experience in electronic materials and market, familiar with ISO and ISO9000/14001 knowledge, supplier audit experience is preferred, able to carry out quality inspection and quality management of the company's products, and deal with customer complaints independently.
